Paradise Development Group, Inc. , founded in 1988, is a full-service real estate company that develops grocery-anchored shopping centers, freestanding drug stores and other retail projects, including "big box" centers that range from 11,000 to 300,000 square feet. Over the years, Paradise has attracted a highly qualified staff which specializes in all areas of retail real estate functions from site selection, land acquisition, site plan approval, permitting, leasing, and construction management to project completion and property management.

The success of these projects is reflected in the quality of construction and high occupancy rates along with repeat development business, notably Publix Super Markets, consistently the top-ranked grocery chain in overall shopping experiences by Consumer Reports, and Walgreens Drug Stores, the nation's largest drugstore chain and Fortune Magazines ranked No. 1 Most Admired Corporations in America among food and drugstores.

In addition, Paradise has a proven ability to develop for retailers including Ross Dress-For-Less, Blockbuster Video, Lowe's, Stein Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Pier 1 and others.

PDG Management, Inc., Paradise's management entity, was established to manage and maintain the shopping centers developed in-house by Paradise Development, as well as third-party management properties. PDG Management has a knowledgeable team that provides comprehensive property management services with the goal of continually increasing property value.

With both in-house development projects, outparcel sales, and third-party management, Paradise's marketing team has established close relationships with numerous national and regional retailers. At the core of these relationships has been loyalty to the retailers. Notwithstanding such loyalty, performance has been the key to success.
